Gary Brown

The event supplementary regulations have now been released for the first round of the 2012 South Australian Rally Championship, Rallye Wattle Range

Rallye Wattle Range promises to be a rally with a difference, opening with 3 super special stages around the Millicent showgrounds on Friday night. Saturday will host the majority of stages, kicking off with two passes of the magnificent tarmac test along the Beachport scenic drive.

Stages will also be held on the Woakwine Station, a fast flowing road through the centre of this large cattle station, situated on Wattle range, as well as stages held in the states famous south eastern forests, along with stages held around the Lake Bonney & Mount Burr areas.

With over 115km of competitive stages and a mix of roads types and areas this event will prove to be an exciting test of skill for both driver and co-driver. The event will as always for the SARC be fully pace-noted and with entry fees as low as $400 for SARC registered crews Rallye Wattle Range promises to be one of the highlights of the 2012 season.

Special thanks to, the District Council of Wattle Range, assistant clerk of course Bob Brown, clerk of course Lionel Stingers as well as the sponsors and all voluntary officials that without which this rally would not be possible.
