Announcing the 2011 Kuitpo Forest Rally Poster Competition

Anyone is allowed to enter with the winner receiving $200 cash prize from the events naming rights sponsor, Application Service Provider. So if you have a friend or associate that may be interested, please forward this onto them.

The submitted poster will be judged by the 2011 Kuitpo Forest Rally organising committee.

There are some criteria that the poster must adhere to:

• It must be scaled so that it can be printed on A3 posters, with graphics of an appropriate resolution
• It must incorporate the logo of Kuitpo Forest Rally*, with correct aspect ratio.
• It must incorporate the logo of Application Service Provider, with correct aspect ratio
• It must incorporate the logo of the Southern Districts Car Club, with correct aspect ratio
• It must have area designated to place the event’s date, 29th & 30th of October, 2011
• It must have area designated to place and/or promote the event’s rally stages and/or spectator points
• The bottom of the poster must be such that other sponsors logos can be placed there

*If you wish, you are more than welcome to create a new or altered Kuitpo Forest Rally logo and submit it as part of your entry. However, the Kuitpo Forest Rally logo that you design must also come as its own separate file if it is deemed to be part of the winning presentation so as to be used in all other Kuitpo Forest Rally documentation and information.

Please note that logos to be used are attached (see below) and that they are available in other formats if required and in higher resolutions as well.

Entries close at 5:00pm on Friday, 30th of September, 2011 and must be submitted electronically either by email, or if the file is larger than 5mb, via FTP (file transfer protocol).

Access rights to FTP are set so that you may upload, but not view or download anything on the FTP site. Once you have uploaded your files and refreshed the page, your files will disappear. This is for security purposes.

And now for some required housekeeping
In order to collect the prize, the winning entrant must be available to aid the committee in finishing the poster design with the above-mentioned details ready for production. The organisers reserve the right to utilise any or all of the elements of all submissions, however only one prize will be awarded. The judging panel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
