Entries into the 2010 asp / Cut Price Adelaide Hills Tarmac Rally have officially opened. Registrations of Interest for the event began two weeks after the hugely successful 2009 event, and to date more than 60 teams have contacted organisers regarding entry to the 2010 rally, to be run on the 21st to the 23rd of May.

As a round of the Australian Classic Tarmac Rally Championship, and a round of the newly established Australian Modern Tarmac Rally Championship, the 2010 asp / Cut Price Adelaide Hills Tarmac Rally will attract a large number of new interstate competitors. Joining them to fight for the title of South Australian Tarmac Rally Champions will be a host of local and interstate teams who have supported the event over the last 4 years.

This year’s event will be 2 ½ days, including the Prologue and two Super Special Stages at Mallala Motorsport Park on the Friday afternoon, and will be televised nationally as part of the Australian Classic and Australian Modern Tarmac Rally Championships.

The 2010 asp / Cut Price Adelaide Hills Tarmac Rally, already touted as a great event, will also be excellent value this year. The $1690.00 entry fee includes over 150 kilometres of televised competitive stages, the very popular informal Saturday night BBQ that brings officials and competitors together and the presentation dinner held on the Sunday evening.
