2010 CAMS SA Rising Star award winner Guy Tyler, has announced that he will be competing in the Rallyschool.com.au Australian Junior Challenge for 2012 with his new team, ‘Triple Seven Rallysport’

Triple Seven Rallysport, (or TSR) are a small but extremely dedicated team based south of Adelaide, SA. Headed by team manager Chris Simmons and driver Guy Tyler, the team aim to bring a fresh approach and have a strong desire to succeed.

The team’s Rallyschool.com.au Australian Junior Challenge campaign will start with the team competing in the all new Rally Calder, to be held from the 1st-4th of March.

“I am very excited to announce our new team and direction for 2012” says Tyler who is switching back from a 4WD to a 2WD rally car for 2012.

“We are all working extremley hard to bring a professional and competitive product to all the events we are involved in and are very hungry for success in 2012”

Due to the upcoming changes in the Bosch Australian Rally Championship and a new direction for rallying in Australia, TSR have made the decision to go back to a 2WD car and have purchased a RenaultSport Clio 172.

The Clio has been run in the Queensland rally championship for the last couple of years and is certainly very quick and should be more than capable of taking on Australia’s best young drivers.

The team would like to thank their current sponsors: B&R Autogas and Exhaust, S2 Performance, Walkers Creative Art, Willunga Tyre and Battery and Aluminium Dynamics.
