Scouts Rally SA

The DNA Rallysport team of Declan Dwyer and Claire Ryan in their Mitsubishi Lancer Evo III have claimed a convincing win in both heats of the Scouts Rally of South Australia. The pair started the event in fine form on the Angaston Super Special stage posting an outright fastest time (.2 of a second faster than current ARC leader Simon Evans).

The spectator guides for the Scouts Rally of South Australia are now available for download (see attached).

For the first time in South Australia, Motorbikes and Quads will be participating alongside the established stars of Rally when they contest sections of the event in Mount Crawford Forest.

The MSA Motorcycle/Quad Rally Sprint will be a two day competition, with stages run in a similar manner to the iconic Dakar event. The event, to be run in conjunction with MSA, has attracted a great deal of interest, and the 100 entry cap is sure to be filled.

Come and help Scouts and Rally SA plant 10,000 trees to provide habitat for local birds of prey and reduce the Scouts Rally SA’s carbon footprint.

Clothing: Warm wet weather clothing as appropriate. The planting area is quite exposed. Sensible shoes or boots required. The Bank SA Marquee will provide shelter for excessive rain.
