I was born on the 16th August 1983, Adelaide, South Australia and brought up on the family farm at Tintinara, southeast of Adelaide. We lived in the UK from 1996 – 2000 and then returned to Adelaide where I completed my education at St Peters College. I then studied Agricultural Financial Business Management at Marcus Oldham College, Geelong, Victoria from 2003 – 2005. In 2007 I completed a two year Advance Diploma in Architectural Drafting at TAFE SA.
My father and co-driver, rallied Datsun 1600’s in the 1970’s and in 2003 competed in the “Classic Adelaide” in a 1959 Jaguar Lister. In 2008 and 2009 we entered a British TVR sports car in the competition section, of which i co-drive for him.

I started off in a Datsun 1600 in 2007 and moved to a Mitsubishi Evolution IV in 2008 to compete in the 'South Australian Rally Championship'.

Our overall results throughout the 2008 year are as follows;
5th – ‘South Australian Rally Championship’
1st – Class P5S- 4WD over 2000cc (Factory Standard)
3rd – Class P5 – 4WD over 2000cc

3rd - ‘South Australian Rally Championship’
3rd - ‘CAMS South Australian Rally Championship’
2nd - ‘South Australian Rally Championship’ in Class P5
5th - ‘South Australian Autosport Clubman Series’
3rd - ‘South Australian Rallysprint Championship’
3rd - ‘Southern Districts Car Club’
